Seeing things through completely lenses, ITI has seen the necessity of giving young people skills and training to provide highly competitive workplace solutions catering for the needs of corporate companies, Government departments, Municipalities, communities, Engineering Industry, and other related Industries basically those in rural areas of who faces the struggle of enrolling with higher learning institutes which are based in the urban areas.

Ipatleleng has come up with the solution to halt this problem and looking at ways of giving back to the community while at the same time providing effective education through innovation that is quality, affordable and recognized. Our goal is to work towards the growth, prosperity of skills development and mastering the advancement to empower individuals to achieve their full potential through quality learning experiences.

The institute has also designed an empowering Employment Creation Initiative to address nation’s skills shortages. The goal is to improve real work experience skills for many unemployed people across the country. The focus is aimed specifically towards initially recruiting and then subsequently creating fulltime employment.

Using Ipatleleng infrastructure and resources, together with those of its clients and partners, ITI will recruit and train unemployed people in accredited qualifications and skills programmes.
